How to set an open password for a PDF?
- Step 1: Upload confidential files
Drag and drop PDFs that need protection, like business contracts, pay stubs, or private diaries, into your browser.
- Step 2: Set a complex password
Enter your desired password in the console. The system will encrypt it locally using the highly secure 128-bit/256-bit algorithm.
- Step 3: Export protected file
Download the generated file. From now on, anyone (including yourself) must enter the correct password to open it.
Why use this tool for encryption?

The safest vault is your own computer. Pure local processing eliminates any possibility of files being intercepted by hackers during cloud transmission.
- Zero trace left behind
Once you close the webpage, all cached memory from the encryption process vanishes instantly, leaving no drafts behind.
